Haven’s cancellation policy:
We ask that you contact us no less than 24 hours* prior to your scheduled time if you would like to change or cancel your appointment in order to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. *Package appointments have a 48 hour cancellation window, and group appointments have a 5 day window.

NY is allowing businesses to set their own rules. As always, your health and the health of our Haven family is of the utmost importance to us.
AT THIS TIME WE ARE ALLOWING EVERYONE TO DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT TO WEAR A MASK WHILE VISITING. Please be respectful of other people’s choices.
During your visit:
-If you would like to use a mask during your visit and do not have one, we have plenty! Just ask us for one.
-You might be asked to wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer more than once.
-We will not be offering snacks during this time.
-If you exhibit any signs of illness, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment.
We ask you to kindly reschedule:
-If you have experienced any cold or flu symptoms over the past 10 days.
-If you have come in contact with anyone who has cold or flu symptoms.
