Group Booking Information

Haven hosts a variety of group events, from corporate retreats to birthday parties and often just the celebration of family or friends spending time together.  Booking a group of spa guests is a unique experience.  Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of soft music, dimmed lighting, overstuffed couches, and simple refreshments while you interact with Haven's experienced staff of licensed estheticians, massage therapists, and nail technologists.

At Haven, every detail is fine-tuned and orchestrated to your pre-arranged specifications by our group booking coordinator.  After a comprehensive consultation, you will work one-on-one with your group booking coordinator to create your personalized spa retreat.  To ensure the smoothest possible visit for you and your guests, Haven does require the understanding and agreement of all guests to the following group booking policies: 

  1. For parties of four or more guests (including the organizer) there is an additional 25% group booking fee.  This fee covers planning expenses and includes all gratuities.  This fee does not include any catering requests. 

  2. Haven requires at least four days notice of cancellation or changes to your appointments.  Any changes or cancellation made withing that time period will be subject to the original charge, including the 25% group booking fee.  

  3. A valid credit card is required to reserve any appointment.  Your signature on the Group Booking Contract authorizes Haven to charge the designated credit card for any and all received, missed, cancelled, or changed appointments, including the 25% booking fee.  

  4. All service charges will be processed four days in advance of the group's arrival.  Any additional services or products requested on the day of the appointments will be charged that day to the credit card number on file.  

  5. We recommend that you and your guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  We are unable to guarantee appointments that are more than 15 minutes late; however, we will do our best to accommodate you.
